  • Enfusion And Coinbase To Bring Seamless Digital Asset Connectivity To Institutions - Coinbase Chooses Enfusion For First OEMS Connectivity

    Enfusion, Inc. ("Enfusion") (NYSE: ENFN), a leading provider of cloud-based investment management software and services, and Coinbase Global Inc., through Coinbase Prime, today announced that the two firms will establish connectivity between their respective systems to enable financial institutions and investment managers to seamlessly trade cryptocurrency at Coinbase. This announcement marks Coinbase’s first connectivity with an order execution management system (OEMS) provider to establish both Financial Information Exchange (FIX) and API connectivity.

  • Nadex Adds Additional FTSE 100® And Germany 40 Binary And Call Spread Contracts

    Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and section §40.2(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”) submitted to the Commission on December 22, 2021 its intent to add additional Intraday 2-Hour Binary contracts expiring at 4:00pm ET Monday through Friday in its FTSE 100 and Germany 40 markets, as well as additional Intraday 2-Hour Call Spread contracts expiring each hour between 5:00am and 9:00am ET Monday through Friday, also in its FTSE 100 and Germany 40 markets.  The new contracts will begin listing on January 10, 2022. 

  • CFTC Staff Issues No-Action Letter Regarding Certain Reporting Requirements for Swaps Transitioning from Certain LIBORs to Risk-Free Rates

    The Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Data (DOD) issued today a no-action letter regarding certain Part 43 and Part 45 swap reporting obligations for swaps transitioning under the ISDA LIBOR fallback provisions from referencing certain London Interbank Offered Rates (LIBORs) to referencing risk-free rates (RFRs) following the cessation or non-representativeness of those LIBORs on December 31, 2021.

  • Moscow Exchange: Risk Parameters Change For The Security ISRG-RM

    As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 22.12.2021, 23-48 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 28233) and initial margins (up to 21.25 %) for the security ISRG-RM were changed. New values are available here
