Copenhagen Stock Exchange Announces SAXESS Release 3.0 Delayed

We regret to inform you that due to performance problems in the central Saxess system the Norex Exchanges have decided NOT to continue with the Final Rehearsal on Saturday 19 May, and therefore to postpone the production launch of SAXESS release 3.0 probably until after summer.

Chemical Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:CHFC) of Midland, Michigan, will become a component of the Nasdaq Financial-100 Index®, effective at the beginning of trading Thursday, May 24, 2001. Chemical Financial Corporation will replace Unitrin, Inc. (Nasdaq:UNIT), which is de-listing from The Nasdaq Stock Market SM.

CBOT® Announces Reorganization Of The Office Of The President - Vitale Appoints Dan And Farrow To Senior Positions With Exchange

David J. Vitale, President and CEO of the Chicago Board of Trade, today announced the appointments of Bernard W. Dan and William M. Farrow, III, as Executive Vice Presidents. They will join Vitale and Carol A. Burke, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, in the Office of the President. Vitale also announced the formation of the CBOT®’s four new business units: open outcry, screen-based, real estate services, and data services.

The New Zealand Stock Exchange yesterday submitted to the Parliamentary Finance and Expenditure Select Committee that the original August 16 2000 entitlement date was the fairest date of record for distribution of shares in a demutualised NZSE.
