Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index: Effective after the close on Friday, August 30, 2002, Hars Systems Inc. (TSXVN: HSS) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The company has been acquired by VIP Investment Corp.
