    On June 11, 2002, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) granted contract market designation to OneChicago, LLC Futures Exchange, (OneChicago).     Members at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) on Thursday, June 12, 2002 set a new daily volume record in the CBOT's 10-year note options contract, trading 329,161 contracts. The previous high was 281,660 contracts traded on December 11, 2001.
