The Nasdaq Stock Market® today announced that it will implement the final phase of its new automated order execution system, SuperSoesSM, on Monday, July 30, 2001. Less than two years after the 1996 European directive was transposed to France by the law of 10 February 2000, electricity trading operators will have a new trading tool. The Powernext SA company, officially created today, will manage the power exchange. Powernext will be operational in the Autumn of 2001.
