  • Toronto Stock Exchange Amends Corporate Governance Guidelines

    The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) today announced changes to its Guidelines for effective corporate governance. The TSX Venture Exchange also announced that Tier I issuers listed on TSX Venture will be required to disclose to their shareholders on an annual basis information about their corporate governance practices and processes, including why they believe their practices and processes are appropriate and effective for their organization.

  • Singapore Exchange (SGX): Temporary Suspension From 0953 To 1010 hrs

    A technical glitch in our ASX price feed receiver affected the display of prices in certain counters on the SGX buying-in and odd-lot markets. However, the underlying trading in these markets was not affected, nor was there any impact on the ready market.
