    The SWX Swiss Exchange has issued a reprimand, together with related publication, against Distefora Holding AG, Zumikon, for violation of Listing Rule provisions. The SWX reprimand relates in particular to information that was lacking in the company's 2002 interim financial report.

    The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged six former senior executives of Xerox Corporation, including its former chief executive officers, Paul A. Allaire and G. Richard Thoman, and its former chief financial officer, Barry D. Romeril, with securities fraud and aiding and abetting Xerox's violations of the reporting, books and records and internal control provisions of the federal securities laws.

  • RTS Stock Exchange Technical Center To Concentrate On Clearing Of Derivatives Transactions

    From now on the RTS Technical Center activities will only be related to derivatives transactions clearing. Effective June 4th, 2003, all non-core businesses such as settlement and client and technical services will be transferred to the RTS Stock Exchange. The decision to restructure the RTS Technical Center business was made by the RTS Board of Directors on August 22, 2002, and approved by the Partnership Derivatives Market Committee.

  • Record Volumes On Amsterdam Options Market

    On Wednesday 4 June 2003 the Amsterdam options market set a new record for volumes traded via professional transactions when 405,370 contracts were traded in the block trading segment, representing 68% of the total number of contracts (594,276) traded on the Amsterdam options market that day.
