KOFEX And OM Sign Extended Support Agreement

The Korea Futures Exchange (KOFEX) has signed an extended five year agreement with OM for the support and maintenance of the CLICK(TM) exchange trading system and the SECUR(TM) clearing system. This new agreement includes expanded services to meet the requirements of today's more demanding world.

Hibbett Sporting Goods Inc. (NASD:HIBB) will replace Butler Manufacturing Co. (NYSE:BBR) in the S&P SmallCap 600 Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, April 27, 2004. Butler Manufacturing is being acquired by S&P Global 1200 constituent BlueScope Steel Ltd. in a transaction anticipated to close on or about that date. The deal is still pending shareholder approval.
