The BOX model represents a significant innovation in options trading with a market structure that operates without a trading floor, historically low-costs that eliminate barriers to trading and an electronic auction feature that guarantees customers price improvement.

VPS Holding ASA and Oslo Børs Holding ASA have held discussions over some time with a view to a merger of the two entities.
