        OMX Exchanges - Copenhagen: New Web Portal Makes It Easier For Bond IssuersDate 04/04/2005 Owing to a new web-based system the bond issuers on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange will be able to submit master data to both VP Securities Services (the Danish securities centre) and the Copenhagen Stock Exchange from today 4 April 2005. The system is called fondsportalen.dk and will have the domain name www.fondsportalen.dk.

        NASD Endorses Concise, Web-Based Point Of Sale Mutual Fund Disclosure - "Profile Plus" Major Recommendation Of NASD Mutual Fund Task Force To SECDate 04/04/2005 NASD is recommending that the Securities and Exchange Commission improve point of sale disclosure to mutual fund investors by mandating Internet disclosure of a new "Profile Plus" - a two-page document providing basic information about a mutual fund, including its investment objectives, risks, performance, fees and expenses, and information about potential conflicts of interest.

        ISE Reports Monthly Volume For March 2005Date 04/04/2005 The International Securities Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ISE), the world's largest equity options exchange, today reported equity options trading volume for March 2005. Average daily trading volume in equity options contracts increased 23.5% to 1.7 million contracts traded as compared to 1.4 million contracts traded in the same period in the prior year.
