The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has banned the former Dealing Director and three former traders from Brandeis (Brokers) Ltd (Brandeis) for deliberately mispricing customer orders and deliberately misusing confidential information as to customer orders. The former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Compliance Officer have undertaken to the FSA not to perform management and compliance functions in the future. TSX Markets To Launch Market On Close Facility - Market On Close Has Been Developed To Provide A Fair, Fast And Liquid Benchmark For Closing-Price Trades On Toronto Stock Exchange.

TSX Markets today announced that beginning on March 22, it will begin phasing in a new trading feature, Market on Close (MOC). MOC allows Participating Organizations to execute Market on Close orders on Toronto Stock Exchange at the end of the regular trading session for issues in the S&P TSX 60. The number of traded contracts was 1 499 765, to be compared to the previous all time high of 1 068 537 traded contracts (July 18, 2003).
