Oman- Revision To the S&P/IFCG Price And Total Return Indices

S&P/IFCG price and total return indices for Oman have been revised downwards by 66 and 64 basis points respectively for March 15, 2004. There was a consolidation for Oman & Emirates (S&P/EMDB code 449460.1/SEDOL 6659569) that was entered in the system the following day. The revised index levels had no effect on the S&P/IFCG Composite or the S&P/IFCG ME&Africa indices.

Members Approve Transfer Of Control Of American Stock Exchange To AMC

The Amex Membership Corporation (AMC) announced today that members approved the transaction to transfer control of the American Stock Exchange (Amex) from NASD to AMC. With effect from March 22, new weights will apply for the companies in the equity indices of Deutsche Börse. The company released the preliminary weighting figures on Thursday.
