Bursa Malaysia Securities: Amendments To Listing Requirements : New Policy Of Enforcement For Delays In Issuance Of Financial Statements

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) has made amendments to the Listing Requirements for the Main Board and the Second Board (LR) and the Listing Requirements for the MESDAQ Market (MMLR) which give effect to a new policy for enforcement in relation to delays in issuance of financial statements. The amendments are incorporated under paragraph 9.26 of the LR or rule 7.29 of the MMLR.
