Euronext.Liffe Cocoa Options Continue Record Breaking Run Posting Another Open Interest Record
Euronext.liffe's Cocoa options contract reached another new Open Interest record of 53,106 lots on Wednesday 26 February breaking the previous record of 52,956 lots set on 25 February 2003.

Copenhagen Stock Exchange: The NOREX Alliance Adjusts The Common Index Rules
The common NOREX index rules will be adjusted and specified in a number of areas. The changes have been effected in consultation with market participants in Denmark, Norway and Sweden and on the basis of analyses within the NOREX Index Group. The revised rules will be published in continuation of this announcement, but do not become effective until 1 July 2003.

CBOT's Ten-Year T-Note Futures Contract Sets Volume Record
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) today announced that a new daily volume record was set for the Ten-year Treasury note futures contract in the exchange's open auction and electronic platform with 851,198 contracts traded on February 26, breaking the previous record of 849,850 contracts set on November 27, 2002.

CBOT: Record Volume In Swap Futures
CBOT® 10-Year Interest Rate Swap futures traded a record 29,035 contracts on February 27. (The previous daily volume record of 24,960 was set on August 29, 2002.) Open interest rose to 42,398 contracts, close to the 42,946 record set on June 14, 2002. February is on the way to posting a monthly volume record, around 5,640 contracts per day.

CBOT Sets New Total Exchange Daily Volume Record
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) today announced that a new exchange daily volume record was set on February 27 with 2,690,963 contracts traded, eclipsing the previous record of 2,683,610 contracts traded on August 14, 2002. The CBOT's electronic trading platform also set a trading record of 1,305,202 contracts, surpassing the previous record of 1,095,694 set July 24, 2002.

SEC Settles With Rhino Advisors, Thomas Badian - Commission Cautions Companies, Investors About Dangers Of Certain Convertible Securities
The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed a settled civil action against Rhino Advisors Inc. and its president, Thomas Badian, for directing a series of manipulative short sales of Sedona Corp. stock that contributed to the decline in price of Sedona's stock. Rhino, based in New York, manages money for two overseas clients. The Commission's complaint was filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
