Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, July 29, 2004: Delphi Energy Corp. (TSXVN:DEE) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the ticker symbol “DEE” at the open on Tuesday, August 3, 2004.

Standard & Poor’s Announces Change To The S&P/HKEx GEM Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following change in the S&P/HKEx GEM index: TOM Group Limited (RIC: 8001.HK) will be deleted from the S&P/HKEx GEM index after the close of trading on Tuesday, August 3, 2004. TOM Group Limited’s shareholders have approved the Board’s proposed voluntary withdrawal of listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and proposed listing of shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Standard & Poor’s Announces Change To S&P Index

Foot Locker Inc. (NYSE:FL) will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Friday, July 30. Foot Locker will replace Oxford Health Plans Inc. (NYSE:OHP), which is being removed from the Index after the close of trading this evening. Oxford Health Plans is being acquired by S&P 500 constituent UnitedHealth Group Inc. Philadelphia Stock Exchange Expands Electronic Options Trading System - “Starting Today, Market Makers Can Now Deliver Streaming Quotes And Electronically Access Trading Books”
