  • Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee Warns Citigroup

    Citigroup Global Markets Limited, London, has breached the rules that state that a party who acquires 5 percent or more of the shares in a company must disclose the acquisition. The company acquired more than 5 percent of the shares in Lindex AB without openly disclosing the acquisitions. Accordingly, Stockholm Stock Exchange’s Disciplinary Committee has decided to warn the company.

  • SET Announces Securities Used In The SET50 And SET100 Indexes Effective July 1, 2005

    Senior Vice President of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Mr. Sethaput Suthiwart-Narueput, Ph.D., announced that the SET’s Index Committee has selected the securities to be included in calculating the SET50 and the SET100 indexes for the 2H/2005 or from July 1 – Dec. 31, 2005. There will be eight and ten securities added into the calculations of the SET50 and the SET100 indexes respectfully.

  • Oslo Børs: Greater Liquidity In Listed Shares

    Oslo Børs introduced new categories for shares in autumn 2004 based on liquidity. The allocation of issuers to liquidity categories is due for revision with effect from Friday 17 June. Many listed shares have attracted greater liquidity, and this is reflected in the new category allocations.
