Compared with the preliminary portfolio, which was published on 5 December 2005, Nowaco Group has been deleted, SDC DanDisc has changed name to Dicentia and Chr. Hansen A/S has merged with ALK-Abelló A/S. ALK-Abelló A/S is the continuing company and ALK-Abelló B therefore replaces Chr. Hansen B in the portfolio.
