CBOT Ready To Trade Ethanol Futures Electronically During Daytime Hours On May 31

The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) announced it is set to list its Ethanol futures contract electronically during daytime trading hours starting Wednesday, May 31. The contract will be available to trade on the Exchange’s electronic platform, as well as via open auction, from 9:30 a.m. –1:15 p.m. (CST). The contract will resume trading electronically from 6:36 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. (CST) daily.

Deutsche Börse is further expanding its XTF segment for exchange-traded funds on the Xetra pan-European trading platform. On Monday, 22 May, a new ETF was issued by Indexchange. The new product enables investors to increase specific exposure to the Austrian Traded Index, ATX.

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange To Observe Memorial Day With A Special Opening Bell Ceremony

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange will observe Memorial Day on Friday, May 26 at 9:20 a.m. by honoring the members of the armed services, past and present, with a special bell-ringing ceremony. Lieutenant Colonel Marc Ferraro, of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and Commander of the 1st Battalion, 111th Infantry, 28th Infantry Division, will ring the opening bell. Soprano Rachael Garcia, of the Curtis Institute of Music, will sing “God Bless America.”
