J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. has been approved as a new member of the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, and thus the Exchange can welcome the fourth new member this year. J.P. Morgan begins trading on the Danish equity market on June 10, 2005.

"We have received a letter from Third Avenue Management proposing to buy the assets and liabilities of one of our businesses, Instinet, The Institutional Broker. The proposal described in the letter is subject to, among other things, the completion of due diligence to Third Avenue Management's satisfaction.
