Deutsche Börse To Begin Share Buyback On Wednesday

Deutsche Börse will begin its share repurchase program on Wednesday, April 13, 2005. This share repurchase program is part of an ongoing effort to optimize the capital structure of the Group and will terminate on 20 May 2005, two trading days prior to the AGM on May 25. Daily Trading Volume On JSC "RTS Stock Exchange" Exceeded 500 Million Rubles

On April 8 th , 2005, total trading volume on the Order-driven market of the JSC "RTS Stock Exchange" reached the all-time record of 527,5 million rubles (18.9 million dollars), 58% higher than the previous record posted on March 31 st , 2005 (334 million rubles). The daily average trading volume since the launch of the market on November 23 rd , 2004, equals 123 million rubles. The daily number of registered trades also reached the record value of 1348.

CME Announces Weekly Expirations For CME Eurodollar One-Year Mid-Curve Options

CME, the largest U.S. futures exchange, today announced that it will launch weekly expirations on the One-Year Mid-Curve options on CME Eurodollar futures, the world’s most actively traded interest rate futures contract. The Financial Services Authority (FSA) will shortly finalise its fees for 2005/06 and will issue combined invoices, covering FSA fees and Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) and Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) levies, from June onwards. TSE imposed a penalty on Aizawa Securities Co., Ltd.
