The Spanish Exchange Trades 186 New Warrants Issued By Commerzbank - With These Issues, The Number Of Warrants Traded On The Market Stands Now At 1,531

The Spanish Exchange today began to trade 186 new warrants issued by Commerzbank. The new issues are linked to a wide range of underlying assets, including domestic and foreign shares and indices as well as exchange rates. As to the warrants on domestic shares 94 were issued on the following underlying assets: Altadis, Banco Popular, BBVA, SCH, Endesa, Iberdrola, Inditex, Indra, Repsol, Sogecable, Telefónica, Telefónica Móviles, Unión Fenosa and Zeltia.

S&P Expands Global Index Offering With Addition Of Russia’s Flagship RTS Index

Under an agreement signed today with the Russian Trading System Stock Exchange (RTS), Standard & Poor's, the leading provider of independent investment research, ratings and indices , is adding the RTS Index (RTSI), the leading Russian equity benchmark for international and domestic investors, to its global index portfolio. RTS grants to Standard & Poor's exclusive rights for distributing, providing, licensing, marketing and publicizing the RTS Indices.

NYMEX Europe To Offer Reduced Brent Crude Oil Futures, Receives No Action Regulatory Relief From CFTC

NYMEX Europe Limited (NEL) received agreement from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to launch a NYMEX Europe miNY Brent crude oil futures contract in London. It also received no-action regulatory relief from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Division of Market Oversight pertaining to direct access from within the United States for electronic trading of NYMEX Europe products.
