CPF’s Bonds Worth THB4.0 Bln. To Join Roster Of Thailand’s Bond Electronic Exchange (BEX) July 27

The CEO of The Stock Exchange of Thailand’s Bond Electronic Exchange (BEX), Mr. Santi Kiranand Ph.D., said that the SET Board of Governors has approved the listing of two bond issues of Charoen Pokphand Foods Pcl. (CPF) on the BEX. Both of these issues are worth THB2.0 bln each (Approx. USD50.0 mln.). The total newly listed bonds are comprised of 4 mln. units, each with a par value of THB1,000. They will commence trading on the BEX July 27, 2005 using CPF086A and CPF106A as their trading symbols
