Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox today announced the appointment of David Bergers as the District Administrator of the Commission's Boston District Office (BDO). In this position, Bergers will oversee both the enforcement and examination programs in the New England area. He will assume his position immediately. CME To Launch Foreign Exchange Contract On Israeli Shekel

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: CME) will hold an investor conference call today, April 6, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (3:00 p.m. Central Time). The purpose of the call is to discuss the recently announced agreement between CME, the world's largest and most diverse financial exchange, and NYMEX, the preeminent physical futures exchange, under which CME will become the exclusive electronic trading services provider for NYMEX's energy futures and options contracts.
