At its meeting on 29 March, the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in SeaBird Exploration, Navamedic and Dolphin Interconnect Solutions to listing on Oslo Børs. At the same meeting the Board also resolved to impose a violation charge of NOK 100,000 on Fondsfinans for a breach of the Stock Exchange Regulations and Trading Rules in connection with an order entered into the Oslo Børs trading system.

The U.S. blue-chip Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.47% in MARCH, closing at 11154.54. Stock market indexes in Europe and globally rose, while indexes in Asia were down in MARCH, according to preliminary monthly figures from global index providers, Dow Jones Indexes and STOXX Ltd.

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus, S&P Euro and S&P United Kingdom indices, effective after the close of trading on Friday 31st March 2006: Infineon Technologies AG (Germany, SEDOL: 5889505, GICS: Information Technology, GICS: Code 45301020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.8177 to 1. This is following the sale of the entire stake held by Siemens AG.

HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Futures Contracts

Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Monday, 3 April 2006, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contracts will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company's normal procedures and standard margining methodology.
