SEC: Fee Rate Advisory #2 For Fiscal Year 2008

When fiscal year 2008 starts on Oct. 1, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission expects to be operating under a continuing resolution that will extend through Nov. 16, 2007. During this period, fees paid under Section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Sections 13(e), 14(g) and 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 will remain at their current rates.

Standard & Poor's Announces Amendments To The S&P Canadian Bond Index Rebalancing Report For September 2007

Standard & Poor’s has completed the monthly rebalancing of the S&P Canadian Bond Index. According to index methodology, the universe of Canadian bonds is exhaustively reviewed to reflect changes in par amount and term to existing index constituents. Qualifying new issues are added to the index and existing constituents that no longer meet the criteria for inclusion are removed.
