SEC: Office Of The Chief Accountant Selects Two Professional Accounting Fellows
The Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of the Chief Accountant has selected two professional accounting fellows for two-year terms: Michael G. Gaynor, formerly a senior manager in KPMG LLP's Department of Professional Practice based in New York, N.Y., beginning in June 2005; and Joseph D. McGrath, currently a senior manager in Ernst & Young LLP's North Central Area Professional Practice Group based in Cleveland, Ohio, beginning in July 2005.

OMX Calls Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Directors of OMX has today decided to call an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholder to take place on August 19, 2005 at 12.00 CET at the OMX office on Tullvaktsvägen 15 in Stockholm, Sweden. The purpose of the Extraordinary General Meeting is to elect a new member to the Board of Directors of OMX, to replace Henrik Normann who has resigned from the Board of Directors.

KOSDAQ Index Rises As The World’s Fastest Growing Stock Index During The First Half Of 2005
The KOSDAQ Index rose by 28.89% during the first half of 2005(from Jan. 2 to May 16, 2005), thereby posting the fastest growth rate of the 45 indexes of the WFE(World Federation of Exchanges) member exchanges, while the KOSPI ranked 8th with a growth rate of 11.97%.

CBOT Member/Shareholders Overwhelmingly Support “Second Approval” Proposition - 98 Percent Of The Votes Cast Were In Favor Of The Proposal
The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) announced today that shareholders overwhelmingly supported a proposal, commonly referred to as the “second approval,” allowing the Board of Directors of the Exchange’s parent, CBOT Holdings, to engage in a variety of capital raising transactions, including a possible initial public offering. Of the votes cast, 98 percent were in favor of the CBOT’s second approval.

BT Radianz Signs Largest Exchange In Asia-Pacific
BT Radianz, the leading global provider of financial connectivity services, and Tokyo Stock Exchange yesterday announced the development of a global distribution platform through the BT Radianz shared market infrastructure for the Exchange’s MAINS (MArket INformation System) data feed to customers outside of Japan.
