  • ISE Launching Quarterly Options - Innovative New Product Responds To Clients' Needs

    The International Securities Exchange (NYSE: ISE) said today that it will launch a new options product, Quarterlies, that expires at the end of the calendar quarter. Options currently expire on the Saturday following the third Friday of each month. ISE developed this innovative new product in response to member interest in an alternative expiration structure that allows options to expire at the end of each calendar quarter.

    FFastfill Signs Sterling Commodities To Its Hosted Third Party ISV Solution

    FFastFill Inc. today announced that Sterling Commodities Corporation has contracted to obtain its third-party front-end trading technology as a hosted solution provided by FFastFill. The new service will provide approximately 40 Sterling Commodities traders with direct access to electronic exchange-traded energy markets. FFastFill Inc. is the U.S. operation of London-based FFastFill plc, a leading provider of application services to the global derivatives community.

    Euronext.liffe, the derivatives business of Euronext, will open a new office in Singapore from 1 June 2006. The new office will help service the large number of customers accessing the Euronext.liffe markets from Singapore, Japan, Australia, Hong Kong and India, and win new business for the Exchange.
