  • Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, January 25, 2008: Rival Energy Ltd. (TSXVN:RGY) will be removed from the index. The company will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange as a result of a Plan of Arrangement with Zargon.

The mid-January short interest represents 4.49 days average daily NASDAQ Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 4.40 days for the prior reporting period.
