On Thursday, June 15, 2006, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) approved for publication in the Federal Register a request for comment regarding the Commitments of Traders (COT) reports. The COT reports are weekly reports, published by the CFTC, showing aggregate trader positions in certain futures and option markets. Following today’s publication by Cybertrust of the prospectus for the bid on the remaining Ubizen shares it does not yet own, Euronext was informed that Ubizen’s free float had fallen to 8.08%. Taking this new information into account the free float band for Ubizen drops to 10% and subsequently it does not meet the minimum free float market cap thresholds.
