    Euroclear France has processed over 10,000 instructions per month on its investment fund order-routing platform – a key milestone.     Xtrakter released figures today outlining that a 26.5% (USD 421.56 billion) drop in new bond issues occurred in the second half of 2007. This decline was in contrast to earlier increases made in the first half of the year.
