Shareholders Of The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Elect Nine Governors To Its Board Of Governors
The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today the re-election of eight of its Board of Governors and the election of one new governor. The positions were filled at the PHLX’s annual shareholders meeting held yesterday, each for a three-year term. All governor nominees received in excess of 86% of the vote in favor of their election and ran unopposed.

New Member Firm For The Irish Stock Exchange

ICE Futures Announces Revisions To Gas Oil Futures Contract Specifications
ICE Futures, the regulated futures subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), announced contract revisions for the ICE Futures Gas Oil Futures Contract (ICE Gas Oil futures). The contract amendment is the result of European Union regulations to reduce sulphur content in gas oil and will be in effect immediately for the January 2008 contract and all subsequent contract months.
