NYSE Arca, NYSE Euronext’s fully electronic market for emerging issuers, today welcomed China Mass Media International Advertising Corp., a leading independent television advertising company. Beijing-based China Mass Media listed its American Depositary Shares on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol “CMM” after its recent IPO in which it raised $50 million.
CBOE Options On SPDR Gold Trust (GLD) Volume Hits New Daily Record:188,841 Contracts

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) yesterday recorded a record daily trading volume of 188,841 contracts in options on the SPDR Gold Trust (CBOE ticker symbol: GLD), topping the previous high of 139,786 contracts traded on July 15. The contract was introduced just two months ago on June 2.

Atos Origin And NYSE Euronext Complete Transaction On AEMS Joint Venture - NYSE Euronext Acquires Management And Sales Of Its European Trading Platforms - Atos Origin Acquires AEMS Clearing & Settlement And Capital Markets Businesses

Atos Origin (Euronext Paris: ATO ), a leading IT services company, and NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX), the world’s leading exchange group, announced the completion of their transaction in which NYSE Euronext acquires the 50% stake in Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS) owned by Atos Origin, and Atos Origin acquires AEMS’s third-party Clearing and Settlement and Capital Markets businesses. This agreement was previously announced in December 2007.

The NASDAQ OMX Group ("NASDAQ OMX(r)") (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today reported second quarter 2008 net income of $101.6 million, or $0.48 per diluted share, an increase of $45.5 million from $56.1 million, or $0.39 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2007. For comparison purposes net income and dilutive earnings per share for the second quarter of 2008 are presented on a non-
