SWX Swiss Exchange Ltd (SWX) has initiated an investigation of db x-trackers SICAV (Luxembourg) for a possible violation of the provisions of the Listing Rules. The reason for initiating the investigation is the late disclosure of the dividend distribution. The SWX was forced to temporarily suspend trading in the equity securities of db x-trackers SICAV.
