The Spanish Stock Exchange Trades 1,041 New Warrants Issued By Commerzbank - An All-Time Record High

The Spanish Exchange today began to trade 1,041 new warrants issued by Commerzbank, which represents an all-time record high. With the new issues the total number of warrants listed so far this year stands at 2,670, up 108.3% from the same period a year earlier. The warrants are linked to a broad range of underlying assets and they are American style.

SGX Reveals Companies On New “Watch-List”

Singapore Exchange (“SGX”) today revealed the Mainboard-listed companies that are placed on its “Watch-List”. The rules governing the new “Watch- List” came into effect on 1 March 2008. Companies on the “Watch-List” are required to provide the market with quarterly updates on their financial situation, including their future directions and any other material developments that may have a significant impact on their financial positions.
