The investigation being conducted by SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd is in connection with information given to investors and analysts, as well as articles in the press in July 2008 in relation to risk exposures.     Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: Lundin Mining Corporation (TSX:LUN) and Nova Chemicals Corporation (TSX:NCX) will be removed from the S&P/TSX 60, 60 Capped and Equity 60 indices and placed in the S&P/TSX Completion and Equity Completion indices.     The London Metal Exchange is pleased to announce that Nat le Roux has been appointed as Independent Director on the Board of LME Holdings Ltd. Nat le Roux who was Chief Executive of IG Group between 2002 and 2006 has replaced Mike McTighe who retired from the Board on 18 November 2008.
