SEC: Chevron To Pay $30 Million To Settle Charges For Improper Payments To Iraq Under U.N. Oil For Food Program
The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged Chevron Corporation for its role in illegal kickback payments that were made to Iraq in 2001 and 2002 in connection with the company's purchases of crude oil under the U.N. Oil for Food Program.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index
Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, November 14, 2007: Osisko Exploration Ltee. (TSXVN:OSK) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the same ticker symbol.

ICE Futures Europe Sets Daily Volume Record
