BME Approves A 60% Increase For The Interim Dividend - The Increase Brings The Dividend To 0,956 Euro Per Share For A Total Of €80 Million
The Board of Directors of Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) has approved the distribution of a €80 million-interim dividend charged to the 2007 consolidated results, representing €0,956 per share and an increase of 60% from the 2006 interim dividend.

BIDS Trading Selects OES MarketGroup For Reg NMS Linkages
OES MarketGroup and BIDS Trading, L.P. of New York City has announced the signing of an agreement for OES to provide linkages and agency brokerage services that will enable BIDS Trading to access protected quotations at all Regulation NMS-automated trading centers.

International Securities Exchange Holdings Inc. has been deleted from the FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index following the completion of the acquisition of ISE by Eurex. This change which was effective at the opening of trading on Thursday December 20, 2007, decreases the number of components in the FTSE/Mondo Visione Exchanges Index from 21 to 20

ICE Futures U.S. To Add Remaining Foreign Exchange Contracts To The ICE Electronic Platform On January 25
ICE Futures U.S.(TM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), announced today that it will offer electronic trading of futures contracts for an additional 31 foreign exchange pairs on January 25, 2008. Electronic trading began on November 9, 2007, for an initial 10 foreign exchange futures contracts. The January listing completes the transition of ICE's foreign exchange futures products to the electronic platform.

Chi-X Canada Sets Launch Date
Chi-X Canada ATS Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of global agency broker Instinet and operator of Chi-X Canada, today announced that its ATS (alternative trading system) will commence trading on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. A complete listing of stock names initially available for trading, followed by the rollout schedule for additional securities, will be provided closer to the launch.

Mergers: European Commission Clears Proposed Brokerage Joint Venture Between French Banks Société Générale And Crédit Agricole
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed creation of the joint venture Newedge between the French banks Société Générale S.A and Crédit Agricole Group. Newedge will offer brokerage services for listed derivatives (both execution and clearing), over-the-counter (“OTC”) derivatives, listed securities, prime brokerage services, and other various ancillary services.
