During July, the ETFs industry globally gathered net inflows of US$191.55 billion, bringing year-to-date net inflows to YTD record of US$1.09 trillion, according to ETFGI's July 2025 Global ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, the monthly report which is part of an annual paid-for research subscription service. As the CFTC embraces an expanding regulatory remit, Nasdaq’s Market Surveillance platform will support the agency’s mission to promote market integrity. The upgraded technological capabilities follow CFTC Acting Chairman Caroline D. Pham’s pledge in March to secure an enhanced market surveillance system as part of a broader effort to modernize the agency and replaces the CFTC’s ‘90s-era legacy system.
