Over 113 Million Tonnes Of OTC Coal Options Cleared By LCH.Clearnet - Driven By Record Month Of 17.2 Million Tonnes In April 2012

More than 113 million tonnes of over-the-counter (OTC) coal options have been cleared by LCH.Clearnet Limited (LCH.Clearnet) since the contracts were launched in March 2011, driven by a record month in April of 17.2 million tonnes. In the first four months of this year, an average of 14.5 million tonnes was cleared each month which has contributed to a 78% increase in average monthly volumes in 2012 compared to average monthly volumes in 2011.

Bursa Malaysia Conducts Mock Fire Rescue Drill

Bursa Malaysia would like to inform that it will be conducting a fire drill at its premises at approximately 12.30 p.m. (0430 GMT) on Wednesday, 16 May 2012. The objective of the exercise is to test the Exchange's emergency response and recovery procedures in the event of an actual fire during office hours. The exercise will be assisted by personnel from Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia, Polis Diraja Malaysia and St John Ambulance of Malaysia. The exercise will involve a mock rescue drill and the public is advised to kindly take note.

The shareholders of Flint Energy Services Ltd. (TSX: FES) have accepted the $CDN25.00 cash per share offer from URS Corporation (NYSE: URS). Flint Energy Services will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX Equity and Capped Equity, the S&P/TSX Completion and Equity Completion, the S&P/TSX SmallCap and Equity SmallCap, the S&P/TSX Capped Energy and the S&P/TSX Composite Equal Weight Indices effective after the close of Thursday, May 17, 2012.
