Cross Border Capital Raising In ASEAN Made Easier

The Monetary Authority of Singapore and Singapore Exchange, together with the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, have issued a handbook to implement the Streamlined Review Framework for the ASEAN Common Prospectus. Under the Framework, ASEAN issuers planning a multi-jurisdictional offering of equity or plain debt securities can expect a shorter time-to-market, and faster access to capital across the region.

Vonovia SE To Be Included In DAX - Deutsche Börse Reviews Index Composition/Changes To Be Effective As Of 21 September

On Thursday Deutsche Börse decided on changes in its selection indices which will become effective on 21 September 2015. The share of Vonovia SE (formerly Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE) will be included in DAX and will replace the share of Lanxess, which will move to the MDAX index.

US Agencies Approve Bank Of America to Begin Using Advanced Approaches Framework To Determine Risk-Based Capital Requirements

The Federal Reserve Board and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency today announced that they have approved Bank of America and its subsidiary national banks to begin using the “advanced approaches” capital framework starting in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Deutsche Börse AG Completes Sale Of Treasury Shares As Part Of Financing Of The 360T Acquisition

Deutsche Börse AG has successfully completed the placement of 2,475,248 treasury shares, thereby raising a total amount of 200 million Euro. The placement was carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering to institutional investors only. Settlement of the offering is expected to take place on 8 September 2015.
