The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published today an update of its list of central clearinghouses (CCPs) which are authorised under the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) and its Public Register for the Clearing Obligation.

After some 17 hours of summit talks eurozone leaders announced a draft agreement to rescue Greece.

The Greek parliament must immediately adopt laws to reform key parts of its economy - by Wednesday.

The eurozone has agreed in principle to start negotiations on a loan package for Greece worth EUR82bn-86bn.

The loan will come mainly from the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), the Eurozone bailout fund.

Before spending 17 hours in the Summit, we spent 14 hours in the Eurogroup going through all the issues that were on the table. As my colleagues have already said, trust was a key issue, but we also worked very hard on a number of issues regarding reform, the fiscal situation, the debt problems and financing needs. We were able to agree on a lot of these issues, putting in extra effort on all sides to get Greece back on track. We prepared a report which contained a number of open issues and submitted it to the Summit. During the course of the night and this morning we reached an agreement.
