Deutsche Börse AG Paves The Way For Closure Of The Investigation Proceedings

The Executive Board (Vorstand) and the Supervisory Board (Aufsichtsrat) of Deutsche Börse AG have decided to seek an understanding with the Frankfurt Public Prosecutor. The Company will inform the Public Prosecutor that it would accept the fines announced in relation to the accusations of an alleged violation of the prohibition against insider trading in December 2015 and of an alleged failure to publish an ad hoc announcement in January 2016.

London Stock Exchange Group To Increase Its Majority Shareholding In LCH Group

London Stock Exchange Group plc (“LSEG”) announces that it has entered into agreements with certain minority shareholders of LCH Group Holdings Limited (“LCH”) to acquire further shares in LCH up to a maximum of 6.8% of LCH’s share capital. All shareholders in LCH have today been notified of the share sale. Confirmation of LSEG’s total shareholding in LCH as a result of the acquisition will be announced in due course.
