CFTC Voted On Proposed And Final Rules On June 4

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) voted on the following rules at an Open Commission meeting on June 4:

By a unanimous vote, the Commission approved the Indemnification Final Rule (Amendments to the Swap Data Access Provisions of Part 49 and Certain Other Matters).
