Singapore's Securities Industry Council ("SIC" Or The "Council") Public Statement On Delong Holdings Limited

The SIC is investigating all the relevant circumstances leading to the withdrawal of the offer for Delong Holdings Limited (the “Company”) by Best Grace Holdings Limited. In particular, whether there has been any breach of Rule 17 of the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers (the “Code”). The investing public and shareholders of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing with their shares and to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares which may be prejudicial to their interests.

Recently, the 1st Capital Market Seminar for "Belt and Road" Countries organized by CSRC was successfully held at SZSE. This seminar is not only a concrete measure to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the capital markets of the countries along the "Belt and Road", but also a positive attempt to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up bilateral and/or multilateral cooperation. More than 20 people participated in the seminar and shared relevant market supervision experience and development ideas. Texas Action Against Fraudulent Forex Scheme

Earlier today, the Texas Securities Board entered an action against Go Forex Group. The action found Go Forex Group is illegally soliciting investments in a forex, real estate and oil and gas program. Investors were told they would receive guaranteed lucrative profits at the end of a relatively short term - typically 21 days. The investments were purportedly safe and secure, as Go Forex Group allegedly claimed it secured insurance from an unidentified firm to ensure the payment of returns to investors.
