  • Moscow Exchange: The Additional Trading Session Starts Later For Derivatives Market On 5, 12, 16, 18, 19, 23 And 26 December 2019

    Please note that the Derivatives Market evening trading session will begin five minutes later, i.e. at 7:05 pm MSK, on 5, 12, 16, 18, 19, 23 and 26 December 2019, as these are the last trading days for options contracts (in accordance with clause 6.2 of the Rules of organized trading for the Moscow Exchange Derivatives Market).

  • Adding Another ETF Option Contract By Shanghai Stock Exchange Approved In Principle

    On November 8, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) announced to officially launch the work of expanding the pilot coverage of stock options and stock index options and said it would approve the launch of CSI 300 ETF option contract (with Huatai-PineBridge CSI 300 ETF as the underlying, and the code of 510300) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) according to relevant procedures, in a bid to better satisfy the need of investors on risk management, give full play to the economic function of ETF options and propel the synchronously sound growth of futures and spots.

  • ETFGI Reports That Assets Invested ETFs And ETPs Listed In Europe Reached A New Record High Of US$959.96 Billion At The End Of October 2019

    ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETFs/ETPs ecosystem, reported today that ETFs and ETPs listed in Europe gathered net inflows of US$13.46 billion in October, bringing year-to-date net inflows to US$88.89 billion which is nearly double the US$47.71 billion in net inflows at this point last year . Assets invested in the European ETFs/ETPs industry have increased by 3.8%, from US$924.71 billion at the end of September, to a record US$959.96 billion, according to ETFGI's October 2019 European ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service.
