In particular, private capital managers are deepening their involvement as they recognise the opportunities around the shift to a low-carbon economy.

Osaka Exchange Lists Shanghai Natural Rubber Futures - The Latest Of Chinese Futures Contracts To Have Gone Global

On May 26, 2025, the Shanghai Natural Rubber Futures is officially listed on the Osaka Exchange (OSE), a Japan Exchange Group company. The contract references the settlement price of the Natural Rubber Futures listed on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), as specified in the licensing agreement signed by SHFE and OSE earlier this year on January 15. This listing represents a milestone in the capital market collaboration between China and Japan, and in bringing the Chinese prices to international markets.
