In recent days, the second Lujiazui Financial Trading Technology Sharing Week (hereinafter referred to as the Technology Sharing Week) was successfully kicked off. Under the guidance of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Bureau of Technology Regulation, this event was jointly sponsored by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, China Financial Futures Exchange, and China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. With the theme of "Digital Intelligence Trading: Entering a New Journey in China's Capital Market", the Technology Sharing Week focuses on topics such as scientific and technological innovation, digital transformation, the convergence of finance and sci-tech, and sci-tech regulation. It seeks to provide a comprehensive retrospective and forward-looking insights into the current development of digital finance and sci-tech regulation. At the opening ceremony, the participants also witnessed the successful unveiling of the Securities and Futures Industry Network Security Innovation Lab, accompanied by the formal launch of the Securities Fund Industry Information Technology Application Innovation Base.

During the consolidated cumulative second quarter (from April 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023), JPX Group recorded operating revenue of ¥73,385 million (increased 10.4% from the same period of the previous fiscal year (i.e., year on year)), and operating expenses were ¥34,344 million (increased 3.3% year on year). As a result, JPX Group recorded operating income of ¥44,499 million (increased 30.4% year on year) and income before income tax of ¥44,506 million (increased 30.4% year on year). In addition, net income attributable to owners of the parent company after tax was ¥31,432 million (increased 35.5% year on year).
