    Due to the take-over of Baan N.V. by Invensys Holding Ltd., Baan N.V. will be taken out of the Amsterdam Exchanges-index as of Friday, 4 August 2000. The weighting factor of Baan N.V. will be divided pro rato over the remaining 24 stocks. As a result of this the weighting factors for the remaining 24 stocks will change as of Friday, 4 August 2000.
