  • CBOT Announces Lower Transaction Fees For New Mini-sized Contract

    The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT®) today announced it will lower exchange transaction fees, effective immediately, for the following mini-sized contracts launched on September 30: DowSM futures based on the DJIASMSM (DowSMJones Industrial Average); 30-year U.S. Treasury Bond futures; 10-year U.S. Treasury Note futures; and New York Silver and New York Gold futures. In addition, the CBOT® is offering free quotes for its mini-sized futures for CBOT® data vendors through December 2001.

  • The Central Bank Of Iceland Auctions Repurchase Agreements For 36.2 Billion Krónur

    The Central Bank of Iceland held a weekly auction of repurchase agreements on October 16 of the maturity of 14 days. The auction was a fixed rate one at 10.9 per cent p.a. Offers were made for a total amount of 36.2 billion krónur resulting in repurchase contracts for that amount.

The consultation is seeking to consolidate all disclosure requirements into one text and ensure that EU requirements are applied to all securities of issuers traded on "regulated markets".
