Tokyo International Financial Futures Exchange Trading Starts 15 Minutes Earlier On 28 November 2003

Replacement Of Tokyo Stock Exchange's Market Information System

Due to the delay of market information that occurred on July 3 of this year, TSE executed an emergency increase of systems capabilities. In order to further expand capabilities, TSE's Board of Directors decided at their meeting on November 18 to replace TSE's Market Information System.
