  • NVIDIA Corporation To Join The Nasdaq-100 Index Beginning May 31, 2001

    NVIDIA® Corporation (Nasdaq:NVDA), of Santa Clara, California, will become a component of the Nasdaq-100 Index® (Nasdaq:NDX), effective at the beginning of trading Thursday, May 31, 2001. NVIDIA will also be included in the Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking StockSM (Amex:QQQ). NVIDIA Corporation will replace VoiceStream Wireless Corporation (Nasdaq:VSTR), which is being acquired by Deutsche Telekom AG.

    The Board of Oslo Exchanges has today fixed the share price for the public offer of shares in Oslo Børs Holding ASA at NOK 95, which values Oslo Exchanges at NOK 475 million.     Starting on Wednesday 23 May, the Oslo Exchanges Benchmark Index will be the new general index for shares listed on Oslo Exchanges. The new index will replace the old All Share Index as the most important reference index.     At a meeting held today, the Board of Oslo Exchanges resolved to admit shares in Statoil ASA to listing on the Main List. The same meeting resolved to admit shares in SAS AB to secondary listing on the Main List, and to admit Consorte Group ASA to a listing on the SMB List. The Board also resolved to remove two companies from listing.
