The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the filing of a subpoena enforcement action in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against Kenneth L. Lay, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Enron Corp. Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday, September 29, 2003: CanScot Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:CAG) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The company is being delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange as the result of the purchase of its shares by APF Energy Inc.
